Security Deposit

 

A $300 security deposit is required to reserve the apartment prior to occupancy.  The deposit shall be regarded as security for the care and safe keeping of the premises by tenant, return of the original keys to the Property Manager upon vacating the apartment, and payment of rent and other charges when due. The Property Manager will return any balance of the security deposit to the tenant, following any deductions for the above-referenced charges, within forty-five (45) days of the termination of the Lease Agreement, provided the tenant leaves a valid forwarding address with the Property Manager.
