Please keep in mind, the payment plan is just that.  IT is NOT a monthly rent, just the total fee for the semester, divided to manageable payments.

Payment Option #4 - Pell Grant

$856.00 MUST be paid the day of move in.

The remaining $2569 may be paid when the students Pell Grant check is received.  Student must provide a letter from the financial aid office by September 1, showing the amount of aid to be received by the student.
